The Fast and Furious vs. Miracle Violence Connection
The Fast and Furious defeated Miracle Violence Connection 2006 in an "Anything Goes" match. Speaking of tremendous… holy shit was this ever great. They just beat the fizzuck out of each other as they went around the building. There were several throws into the chairs, they went into the bleachers, the merchandise table, the food stand, etc. I'll try and get down the main moments I remember:
The chairs they had at the show weren't steel, but they still weren't comfortable to sit on. They were often used as weapons, and I'm sure they still hurt as much as they sounded like they smarted. There were some rather creative uses of the chairs, I'll admit.
Some parts of the match played off of what happened in their first "Anything Goes" match back in December. For example, in December Jay Fury was powerbombed on the apron by Stevens; here, Erick tries it again, but Fury was initially able to counter it. However, half a minute later Stevens was able to try it a second time, and this time it worked.
They went to the merchandise table, and Stevens was going to knock it over, spilling over the DVD's (something that happened in a completely different match in December). Erick decides better, but shortly thereafter Steve Madison decides to be a errant knave by knocking over the DVD's, to the exasperation of the lady who always runs that table.
At the merchandise table, Stevens was going to use mustard on Jerrelle, but was stopped before that could take place.
There was some shockingly brutal violence. The one thing from the match that I remember the most was when I believe Jerrelle hit Erick full force in the head with one of the chairs, and the first few times he showed "fighting spirit" and wanted more, so at least FIVE more times after that, Stevens was down for the count, and the bout didn't last for too much longer after that, as Madison ended up getting pinned. Jesus H. Christ was that ever a memorable moment. I still can't believe I saw it.
Overall, awesome awesome awesome. As often as I sometimes gripe, I've already seen three bouts this year that I'd classify as "great", and who knows I may see one or two more at EWE on Saturday that I'd say the same thing about.

vs. Legion Cage
SCW Cruiserweight champion “Mr. 630” Jerrelle Clark defeated Legion “Freakin” Cage (w/Gina Marie) in 12:09.
In the opening moments of the match Cage and Clark traded leg submission moves trying to ground the other. Cage and Gina Marie took a time out to insult a section of the crowd as Clark waiting in the ring. Once Cage decided to enter the ring the two man traded side headlocks but Cage caught Clark with a flying headscissor. Clark took some time on the floor to regroup. When Clark came back to the ring he was hit by several forearm shots and an elbow to the jaw. Cage went for a sunset flip pin but Clark countered and raked Cage’s eye. Clark let loose an aggressiveness I hadn’t seen recently, attacking Cage’s neck. Cage fought back and dumped Clark to the floor and the waiting kicks of Gina Marie, but it backfired as Clark put Gina Marie in the front row. When Clark turned around he was hit by Cage’s tope. Cage and Clark got back in the ring and Cage hit a trio of suplexes but Clark kicked out of the pin attempt. So Cage choked him. Cage went for another suplex but Clark countered into what looked like a brainbuster, followed by a Famouser but got two. Clark hit a handspring flip splash but Cage kicked out at two. Clark went back to work on Cage’s neck, driving his knee into Cage’s knee. He followed with an illegal kick to Cage’s groin. Clark locked in a modified Dragon Clutch but Cage refused to submit. Clark tossed Cage to the floor but it backfired as Gina Marie came off the top rope with a huricurana that allowed Cage to get two. Both men tried to finish the other off as Clark’s splash met Cage’s gut. However Clark recovered and hit Cage with Jerrelle Driver ’06 to gat the hard fought victory. After the match Clark and Cage shook hands but Clark hit Cage with a clothesline which confused the crowd.

vs. Austin Aries
Austin Aries (w/ Mr. Milo Beasley-Bryan Danielson) defeated Jerrelle Clark. This was a good bout. Danielson was great in interacting with the crowd while managing Aries (Prazak was in the back, confident that his charges would win). The bout started with Jerrelle working Aries' left arm, but Aries was able to take control. During all that, Beasley, as he did last night, did some high-flying while the referee was distracted. The end of this contest came when Danielson interfered, pushing Jerrelle off the top rope. Immediately afterwards, Jay Fury came out, more than peeved at what had transpired. He wanted to face off against Danielson, and Bryan was confident in winning, so he accepted.

vs. Tony Mamaluke
Tony Mamaluke defeated Jerrelle Clark. This was a very good contest. It's just that the crowd didn't seem to care for all of it. They must not be a fan of technical wrestling, but oh well. They (the crowd) were actually better at points than I thought they would be, so I can't really gripe too loudly. Still, I thought this was even better than their SCW encounter; especially at the beginning, there was some very nifty mat wrestling between both guys. It is certainly a treat to see Tony wrestle good (or better) matches often.
